Honest about AI
AI makes the picture. Nothing ships unchecked.
Every image and video here, and in your order, is generated by AI using your photo as the reference. AI can occasionally change small details such as label text, logos or textures. So every image is compared against your own photo before it's delivered, and anything that doesn't clearly match is remade or sent to a person to look at. If something still isn't right, you get a free redo or a full refund.

What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo where the whole product is visible works best. A plain background helps but isn't required. You can upload up to 3 photos of the same product as JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each.
Will the images look exactly like my product?
We aim for that, and every image is compared against your own photo before delivery, with anything unclear remade or looked at by a person. AI can still change fine details like small text or patterns, so check your files. If anything misrepresents your product, email us within 7 days for a free redo or a full refund.
Are the examples on this page real?
Yes. They were made with the same process your order goes through. The starting photos are free stock photos from Unsplash, plus our own backpack photographed on a phone, rather than customer orders, because we never use customers' photos in our marketing without permission.
Can I use the images on Etsy, Amazon and in ads?
Yes, you can use them commercially. Marketplaces have their own rules, and you're responsible for following them. For example, Etsy asks sellers to disclose AI use, and Amazon requires images to accurately represent the product and main images to use a pure white background.
How do I get my files?
We email a private download link within 1 business day of your payment. The link works for 7 days, so download your files soon after you get it.
What happens to my photos?
They're stored privately, used only to create your order, and deleted after 30 days. We never use your photos or results in our marketing without your permission. See our privacy policy.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 7 days. If the images don't match your product, we'll redo them for free or refund you in full. Details are in our refund policy.
